Board Of Directors

Our Board

Our Board of Directors is represented by nine Directors who are elected by their fellow members and act as the voice of the membership.  They are accountable for establishing WFCU Credit Union's strategic direction, corporate policies, approving major financial decisions, and monitoring the credit union’s performance while ensuring compliance in all facets of the credit union’s operations.

On an annual basis, the Board of Directors reviews our strategic planning process, our mission statement, and corporate principles reconfirming our commitment to being responsive to our members and adding value to the communities in which we operate.

Directors reside in the communities we serve and make decisions in the best interest of the membership.

One of the fundamental differences between credit unions and other financial organizations is that members have the opportunity to exercise their right to vote each year at the Annual General Meeting of Members on issues that shape the future direction of the credit union.
